Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: Cash, Check, or Credit Cards.

*Please note sales tax must be charged unless you have a prescription.

Q: Do you take health insurance?

A: No. Typically massage in not covered by health insurance in the state of New Jersey outside of a PT or chiropractic setting. With a doctor's prescription the sessions can be paid for by your H.S.A or F.S.A accounts. If you are coming in due to a motor vehicle accident, your PIP may reimburse you if you have been prescribed massage by your doctor. I am happy to provide you with session summaries and receipts for your records.

Q: Will you come to my home for massage?

A: No. All of our clients are seen at our office, conveniently located by the path train in Hoboken.

Q: Do you work with my doctor?

A: We are happy to consult with your health care team if you so choose. This can make for a collaborative effort and very specific and targeted session. I often work in congruence with someone's Physical Therapist, Chiropractor, Personal Trainer, or under the direction of their medical doctor if applicable.

Q: Should I tip?

A: Entirely optional. Tips are always appreciated, but not expected. The important thing is that you are able to receive the care you need.

Q: I am coming for manual lymphatic drainage. Is there anything I need to do?

A: Ideally, you should wear comfortable shorts and a tank top. Nothing too restrictive on the skin. Otherwise we will simply use modest draping as we would for any other session. You should drink a full glass of water just prior to the session as well as after.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?

A:  24 Hours notice for scheduling conflicts. In the event illness, emergency, or inclement weather 4 hours notice may be given. We appreciate as much notice as possible to give others the opportunity to book your spot. Late cancellations are subject to the full session fee of the scheduled service.
